Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Catering Team Leader to join our team at Northamptonshire Healthcare Foundation Trust. As a key member of our Hotel Services department, you will be responsible for the supervision and leadership of a team within the catering department.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading a team and will be able to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be responsible for ensuring that the catering service is delivered to the highest standards, and that all staff are trained and supported to provide excellent customer service.

Main Responsibilities

  • Supervise and lead a team of catering staff
  • Ensure that the catering service is delivered to the highest standards
  • Train and support staff to provide excellent customer service
  • Manage stock control and budgets
  • Deputise for other departmental colleagues as required
