One of our transformation objectives is to build a product engine that delivers profitable sales growth globally.' As a resilient retail Change Specialist with effective Merchandising/Buying/Sourcing/Manufacturing (Factories), Planning experience, you will be responsible of mapping, planning, managing, and delivering the roll-out of new transformation/change Sourcing, Buying & Capacity Planning processes and capabilities.

Priorities will lie across the Supplier Relationships and Capabilities' value stream within the Home and Clothing Transformation. This stream focus on introducing processes, data, and reporting tools to make strategic and operational buying/sourcing and planning decisions, improving our end-to-end value chain strengthening our strategic suppliers' relationships, enhancing our suppliers, product design, innovation, and sourcing/planning capabilities.

As Change Manager your role will be to assess the people impact of process, system, and technology changes across Clothing & Home as a result of the multi-year transformation plan and develop a coordinated approach to ensure the changes land effectively and sustainably to achieve the desired outcomes.

You will be accountable for designing and implementing a clear and simple overarching change and communication plan that minimises user impact and maximises user adoption as well as developing a robust approach to measure business readiness

What you'll do

Your key accountabilities will include

  • Act as a subject matter expert to ensure senior leaders understand the change their teams will go through and coach them to lead the change effectively
  • Design and implement a clear and simple overarching change plan that minimises user impact and maximises user adoption to embed and sustain the changes that considers change interdependencies
  • Carry out detailed change impact assessments and training needs analysis for specific programmes within the Planning Platform programme to inform and actively influence the programme change plan (e.g., influence sequencing or alignment of change activities, suggest process improvements)
  • Accurately report on the overall change impact to provide a holistic view and to enable potential risks to be mitigated
  • Ensure there is a compelling vision for change that inspires colleagues and work closely with the internal C&H communications team to develop and manage colleague communications

  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to challenge and influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
