The Opportunity

As an IT Change Analyst, you will work alongside the IT Change and Release Manager to facilitate and chair change advisory board (CAB) meetings, ensuring compliance with change management processes and policies. You will continually review change management practices for service improvement opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate and chair CAB meetings to ensure compliance with change management processes and policies
  • Continuously review change management practices for service improvement opportunities
  • Collaborate with diverse teams, including senior management, project managers, and technical staff, to deliver business-led initiatives successfully

Requirements

  • Proactive and motivated with great attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and time zones
  • Familiarity with ITIL framework or willingness to learn
  • Previous exposure to IT change management or service management
  • Experience in a medium to large multi-site professional services organisation
