Reablement Physiotherapist - East London - Band 6

Community Rehab Physio: Hunter AHP have a great locum opportunity in East London, for a Physiotherapist who has experience in discharging and working in the community to prevent readmission. This is a role in a multi-disciplinary community Rehab Therapy team in that is made up of Therapy assistants, Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists. In this role you will be providing therapy assessment for patients under social care and Reablement service and providing early physiotherapy intervention to avoid unnecessary admission due functional deterioration and exacerbation of long-term conditions. The rate for this role is £28-30 per hour depending on experience. A 3-6 month+ contract is available.

For this role you do not require a car.
