We are recruiting a Area Sales Executive to grow our service offering within the North West of England around our Head Office area in Ramsbottom, Bury, Lancashire.
Responsibilities
- Act as a point of contact between existing customers and companies.
- Establish, maintain and expand your customer base.
- Negotiate terms of sales and agreements.
- Close sales and hires with customers.
- Gather customer information to figure out the customer needs.
- Respond to customer queries to assist them in making. decision for a hire or sale.
- Create proposal documents as part of the formal bidding and tender process.
- Provide detailed and accurate quotations and cost calculations
- Collect customer feedback
- Keep up to date with products and competitors
- Maintain and increase hire and sales of company products within your target area.
- Increasing business opportunities through expansion of customer portfolio and onboarding of new customers.
- Liaise with in office hire and sales team to build cohesion.
Key Performance Indicators of the role
- Customer retention and repeat business.
- Strong testimonials and feedback.
- Achieve specific targets in turnover and sales figures.
- Onboard of targeted number of customers/leads/prospects per month.
- Lead to sale conversion rates.
