The Role
We’re looking for an experienced and driven Customer Success & Deployment Manager to join our growing team. This role is critical to ensuring smooth client onboarding, system deployment, and ongoing customer success. You’ll be the bridge between Flexzo.ai and our clients, working with stakeholders at all levels, including staffing coordinators, business owners, C-suite executives, procurement managers, and network/infrastructure engineers.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead client onboarding and deployment of Flexzo.ai solutions within NHS hospitals and private healthcare providers.
- Act as the main point of contact for key stakeholders, including staffing coordinators, senior executives, and technical teams.
- Manage the end-to-end deployment process, ensuring all technical, operational, and commercial aspects are executed flawlessly.
- Work with network and infrastructure engineers to ensure smooth system integration and connectivity.
- Gather and analyze client feedback to make continuous improvements to workflows and system configurations.
- Conduct user training sessions, product demos, and best-practice workshops for client teams.
- Collaborate with internal product and development teams to resolve any issues and enhance the customer experience.
- Measure and track client satisfaction, usage, and adoption to ensure customer success.
About You
To succeed in this role, you’ll need to be a proactive problem-solver, a great communicator, and someone who’s comfortable working with stakeholders at every level. We’re looking for someone who can lead from the front, guiding clients through complex technical deployments with confidence.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Customer Success Manager, Deployment Manager, or similar role within a tech-driven environment.
- Experience in tech deployments within the public sector (experience with NHS is highly desirable).
- Strong technical acumen with the ability to liaise with network/infrastructure engineers.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence C-suite executives and operational teams.
- Familiarity with healthcare staffing, workforce management, or HR tech platforms is a big plus.
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to customer success and process improvement.
- Exceptional communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
