**Customer Success Administrator**
**The Role**:
CyberOne is a Cyber IT Services business based in Milton Keynes. We are looking for a keen individual to join our Customer Success team to support the business in providing the highest quality of service to our customers. The role is ideal for someone looking for flexible working and with any kind of administration and/or customer service background Your day to day focus will be ensuring that our customers receive the best service we can provide working with our sales teams, operation teams and client stakeholders.

**Responsibilities**:
Supporting and assisting our Head of Customer Success and Project Management teams you will:

- Schedule and organise customer service reviews and reports
- Provisioning services
- Billing activities
- Database administration
- Assist in the coordination of project management and operational resourcing
- Support internal management processes and reporting
- Support Continual Service Improvement
- Process improvement
- Ad-hoc admin support as required
- Maintain relationships with client service stakeholders
- Assist in the coordination of sales support activity
- Liaise with suppliers and service partners
- Have excellent administration, organisation and time management skills and experience
- Be a self-starter who is comfortable working alone or within a team and who proactively maintains and develops their skills and knowledge
- Ability to work data with excellent presentation skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to quickly learn and understand the technology and services we provide
- Be conversant with the Microsoft 365 suite
- Be committed and proactive
- Be available to work in our office in Milton Keynes 3 days per work
