Customer Success Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Customer Success Manager to join our team at Careo Ai. As a key player in driving client success and deployment of our innovative healthcare staffing solutions, you will be responsible for leading onboarding processes, managing technical deployments, and fostering stakeholder relationships.
In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless integration and adoption of our solutions. Your exceptional communication skills, technical acumen, and ability to work with various stakeholders will enable you to drive successful outcomes and continuous improvement. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to resolve any issues and enhance the customer experience.
About the Role
- Lead client onboarding and deployment of Careo Ai's solutions within NHS hospitals and private healthcare providers.
- Act as the main point of contact for key stakeholders, including staffing coordinators, senior executives, and technical teams.
- Manage the end-to-end deployment process, ensuring all technical, operational, and commercial aspects are executed flawlessly.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Customer Success Manager, Deployment Manager, or similar role within a tech-driven environment.
- Experience in tech deployments within the public sector (experience with NHS is highly desirable).
- Strong technical acumen with the ability to liaise with network/infrastructure engineers.
