Radius Telematics are looking for a highly personable and self-driven Head of Customer Success to be at the forefront of our customer success practices, driving the business to proactively ensure that our customers achieve their desired outcomes while using Radius Telelmatics’ products and services. **Job title**: Head of Customer Success
**Location**:Witan Gate, Milton Keynes MK9 1EJ

**Working Hours**:8:30am to 5pm,** **Monday to Friday (37.5 hours)

**What does the Head of Customer Success role look like?**
- Autonomously devising and supervising successful customer onboarding processes
- Designing training syllabus and plans to allow customers to take advantage of the Radius Telematics product set
- Collecting customers feedback through regular surveys to be able to:

- Be the voice of customer internally:

- Identify opportunities for improved value propositions
- Segment Customer base to be able to better understand services required for evolved success
- Track satisfaction scores (e.g. NPS, CSI, etc)
- Run internal Customer Excellence programmes
- Responsible for Customer Value Management (CVM) identifying opportunities for symbiotic value creation through Base campaigns (e.g. upselling new products, new functionalities)
- Responsible for Radius Telematics Business Governance (Product Readiness, Bid and Contract Management)

**A little bit about you**:

- BSc in Business Administration, Economics, Data Analysis, Marketing or related field (Postgraduate degree will be considered as an advantage)
- Advanced MS Excel skills (able to work with large data sets)
- Relevant Customer Success experience, preferably in SaaS and/or IT domains
- Strong analytical, multitasking and organizational skills
- Able to handle a heavy workload under pressure with competing priorities
**Particular skill / aptitude required**:

- Knowledge of Telematics industry
- Commercial acumen - ambitious mind driving growth
