My client, a membership organisation is recruiting for two Membership Accounts Executives.
Main Responsibilities of the Membership Accounts Executive
- Take responsibility for the member life cycle including customer relationship management and customer service delivery.
- Membership renewals and engagement; payments, general queries, and answering and screening enquiries by telephone and email.
- Follow-up any membership referrals and leads, creating a seamless joining journey and onboarding experience for new members.
- Overseeing each stage of the member journey and supporting members with their professional progression through the promotion of their training and courses.
- Administration of member services and training courses e.g. face-to-face and online courses, qualifications, sourcing training venues, etc, utilising the CRM and LMS systems in line with their procedures and processes.
- Interact with learners, delegates and trainers/training providers on learning related activities.
- Updating CRM - using data from the CRM provide regular reports, on membership acquisition, engagement and retention.
- To provide ad hoc support as necessary from time to time.
Essential Skills

- Excellent verbal / communication skills, internally and externally.
- Excellent telephone and people skills.
- Organisational skills: Able to prioritise own workload and meet tight deadlines.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
