Job Role

We are seeking a Membership Growth and Development Specialist to join our team at CV-Library. This is a unique opportunity to work with a leading job board company and make a real difference in the lives of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow our membership base, aligning with our business objectives.
  • Work closely with our internal teams to ensure that our members receive the best possible service.
  • Collaborate with our product development team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to our services.
  • Ensure that all regulatory requirements are met, adhering to clients' Byelaws and regulations.
Requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven customer service skills and experience.
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and database management using Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and administrative skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
Working Environment
  • Monday to Friday, no weekends or bank holidays.
  • 35 hours per week.
  • Flexible hybrid working arrangement, with 2-3 days worked from home.
  • 24 days annual leave.
  • Company-contributed pension scheme and private medical insurance.

The estimated salary for this position is £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
