SaaS Account Director - Bournemouth / Hybrid Working - Competitive Salary + bonus and benefits


We’re on the hunt for a strategic, driven and business savvy Account Director, with demonstrable success in the strategic selling of a SaaS / PropTech product to large clients at C-level, to join a successful organisation on a hybrid working basis.


As the Enterprise Account Director, you will promote, develop and grow new revenue streams, growing all accounts to over £100k per year in revenue.


Client retention is the our client’s biggest priority, so you will successfully negotiate annual contract renewals with increase / upsell or consultancy packages for key accounts.


A proven track record in a subscription environment and your experience managing large clients and influencing at C-Level will ensure success in this great role.


We’re looking for someone ambitious, commercially focused and driven, yet with a highly personable nature and the ability to build and maintain C-suite client relationships. Your strategic mindset, exceptional communication skills, the ability to provide clear and accurate reports and forecasting and strong SalesForce capabilities will ensure you succeed in this fast-paced role.

Hybrid Working: our client is offering a hybrid working environment for this role, with c1-2 days per week required in the Head Office based in the Bournemouth. National travel will be also required.



Key responsibilities as the Accounts Director will include:


  • Account managing the company’s largest clients
  • Managing and negotiating subscriptions and ensuring accounts are retained through annual contract renewals
  • Building and maintaining key relationships at a senior level within your assigned group of clients
  • Proactively and strategically managing the account through regular networking and meeting with clients (travel required)
  • Monitoring assigned clients’ service usage / ROI against objectives and expectations
  • Upselling additional services to optimise usage
  • Maintaining detailed and accurate client records on SalesForce




What we’re looking for:

  • Proven track record in a PropTech / Construction / SaaS / subscription environment with direct responsibility for increasing client retention rates
  • Sustained success in strategic selling of a SaaS product
  • Extensive client management experience including managing C-suite client relationships
  • Demonstrable network of relevant contacts in the construction / real estate sector
  • Strong business acumen
  • Experienced in providing clear and accurate reports and forecasting
  • Excellent negotiation / closing skills with solid objection handling experience
  • Dynamic, ambitious and tenacious personality
  • Professional, confident, proactive and flexible approach to work
  • Results driven with strong client focus
  • It literate with excellent MS Office skills
  • Strong SalesForce experience
  • Ability to maintain composure in high-pressured situations
  • Ability to travel as required
