Brigadiers are seeking a Administration Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be friendly, personable and passionate about all things food and drink. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Administration Manager or Back of House Manager looking for a new role in an award-winning, critically acclaimed group.
A typical working week will be Mon - Fri 9am to 5pm.
The Restaurant
Inspired by the army mess bars of India, where military regiments go to eat, drink and socialise, Brigadiers accommodates 140 covers internally with a further 34 on an outdoor terrace. Encouraging socialising and camaraderie, live sport is shown on demand in selected rooms, whilst pool and classic card games is offered for those who wish to play while they eat and drink. The food offering focuses on different methods of Indian barbecue, utilising tandoors, charcoal grills, rotisseries, wood ovens and classic Indian smokers. The drinks offering marries together the food and social spirit of the restaurant with beer, whisky, cocktails on tap and large serves.
The Position
As Administrator Manager you will manage and coordinate office administration and procedures, in order to ensure a seamlessly efficient and safe operation. Supporting the site management team and each department with various administrative tasks.
Duties include:
Supporting the management team with day to day administrative tasks such as payroll, S4, compliance, stock management.
General IT support across site, ensuring our EPOS, WIFI and all other systems are functioning and fit to operate.
Responsible for Fire Safety and Health and Safety procedures.
Adhoc ordering, and management of all stationery and office equipment.
Responsible for recording and logging of all maintenance requirements.
Support ordering equipment including stationary, uniforms, crockery.
Organising and preparation of invoices.
Supporting team members with company procedures and policies.
Support onsite events organisation.
Supporting with the organisation of meetings and efficient minute taking and distribution.
If you have experience in the following, then we want to hear from you:
• Prior experience as a Restaurant Administrator or Back of House Manager in a fast-paced restaurant or hotel.
• Welcoming our guests & colleagues, always communicating in a professional and friendly manner.
• Experience managing multiple software relating to transactions, ordering, payroll etc.
• Understanding and history of restaurant operations preferred
