**The role**

As the Estates Administrator at Clarks, your role will involve providing extensive administrative support to our Estates Surveyors and Property Co-ordinator. You will be responsible for maintaining effective communication and building strong relationships with external stakeholders.

Additionally, you will manage and organise property-related documentation and databases, assist with lease administration tasks such as rent reviews and lease renewals, and prioritise tasks while adapting swiftly to changing circumstances. Your exceptional administrative support will be essential in ensuring efficient property management operations.

As an experienced professional in administrative roles, ideally within real estate or property management, you will bring valuable skills to the table. Your excellent organisational and multitasking abilities enable you to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.

You will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to build relationships with external and internal stakeholders effectively. Your flexibility in adapting to changing priorities and deadlines is an asset, coupled with your keen attention to detail and proactive mindset.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel are essential).
