Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a personal assistant to the manager, providing comprehensive support to enhance operational efficiency.
- Handle incoming calls with professionalism, including scheduling appointments and answering queries.
- Process payments and manage financial transactions with accuracy.
- Maintain organised records and manage correspondence.
- Assist with other administrative duties as required to support the smooth running of the business.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar.
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a polite and professional phone manner.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using standard office software and equipment.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail, especially in financial transactions.
**Job Type**: Part-time
**Salary**: From £11.50 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 15 per week
