Receptionist/administrator

Job description
Typical duties will include:
- dealing with payment of bills
- reconciling payments on accounts system
- Posting account entries
- entering data onto the internal accounts package
- answering the telephone and taking and passing on of messages
- photocopying
- meeting and greeting clients on arrival and offering tea/coffee
- creating new files, filing and retrieving documents, and archiving of documents
- entering appointments onto the company electronic calendar
- scanning documents
- banking
- post
- general errands
**Requirements and prospects**
**Desired skills**
- good IT skills, particularly Microsoft Word
- good attention to detail
- have initiative and be able to work methodically
- well organised and be able to meet deadlines
**Personal qualities**
You will be the first point of contact for clients, therefore you will need to be well presented and articulate.
You will be polite, friendly, and welcoming and understand the importance of good customer service.
You will be a team player with good interpersonal skills.
Good communication, both written and verbal.
You will need to be relatively confident.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 21 per week
**Salary**: £10.42-£11.00 per hour
