Reception Supervisor

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Corporate Reception Leader with a proven track record of success for an exciting role as part of our London Portfolio.
Main Duties:
- To ensure that visitors and clients are received in an excellent and professional manner
- To lead by example, be immaculately presented and able to communicate effectively with both internal and external clients.
- To act as an ambassador for both the client company and Acuity Services in all interactions both with other members of the team as well as all clients and visitors on site.
- To build strong relationships with clients and employees, taking the initiative to continuously improve the service delivery.
- To be fully conversant with all the tasks related to the daily Front of House operation.
- Ensure that your team implement current best practices to ensure a seamless delivery of Front of House Services.
- To lead a small team of receptionists at a busy multi-tenanted site, ensuring that the Reception team demonstrate the highest standards of service through continuous training and development.
We are looking for applicants with the following:
- Previous experience of successfully leading a team in a busy 5-star environment
- Previous experience within a corporate environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Passion for delivering excellent service
- Strong focus on building and maintaining strong relationships
- Ability to handle challenging situations
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to a changing environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work with different systems and software
- Strong administrative skills
- Ability to engage with other people to build rapport at all levels.
- Immaculate personal presentation & appearance.
- An excellent customer focused manner.
- Ability to be proactive
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £21,216.00 per year
Expected hours: 24 per week
