We are looking for 2 Operational Support & Systems Administrators to work for MSK Services in Hounslow and Richmond. The positions are for full time for Hounslow and 30 hours for Richmond. This will be to support the Business and Admin Managers in day-to-day business administration within the Team.
You will be expected to update the Admin Induction pack with new SOS process and design of training for current and any new systems introduced into MSK Physio Services; creating training materials and deliver training to increase standardized usage and contribute to the continued development of Admin systems.
To support new starters and leavers processes including completing new user and leaver forms, ordering, and monitoring Staff STaM: Staff HR meetings including probationary, sickness and performance Admin Manager.
You will be working alongside the Administration Manager and will deputise on her behalf and will have overall responsibility for the supervisory Staff management and Electronic systems (S1 booking, ERS and Healthrosters).
The post holder will demonstrate excellent organizational skills, must be flexible in approach, able to exercise initiative and demonstrate a consistently high standard of professionalism, being aware of the need for confidentiality and integrity and to demonstrate our Trust Values.
Be a key member and actively participate in the Service Improvement programme, representing the administrative team at any operational and planning meetings and delivering tasks and projects as agreed with the Service Manager.
