Administrative Assistant
**Duties**:
- Provide clerical and administrative support to the team
- Manage and maintain files and documents
- Assist with medical office tasks, such as scheduling appointments and managing patient records
- Handle customer support inquiries and provide assistance as needed
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Conduct proofreading and editing tasks to ensure accuracy of documents
- Serve as a personal assistant to the team, providing support with various tasks
**Skills**:
- Proficient in using QuickBooks for financial management tasks
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role is preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week
