Job Description:



We are seeking an exceptional Personal Assistant to join our team at Hays Business Support. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our senior staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide administrative support to senior staff, including diary management, email management, and document preparation.
  • Coordinate meetings and events, ensuring effective communication and timely arrangements.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases, supporting business decision-making.
  • Support the development of business processes and procedures, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, colleagues, and suppliers.
  • Contribute to the development of business strategies and initiatives, working collaboratively with the executive team.


Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, with a strong track record of administrative support and team collaboration.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and implement solutions to complex issues.
