**The role**

As a Recruitment Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting our recruitment efforts during the bustling Back to School period.

You will work closely with the HR team to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process, helping us find the best talent to join Clarks

**About you**

We are looking for someone with previous experience in either recruitment administration or HR support roles, as well as excellent organisational and time-management skills.

Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records and documentation is crucial for this role.

Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office and applicant tracking systems, is highly desired.

The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment while working collaboratively with hiring managers and the HR team is also important.

**Responsibilities**:
Assist with end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, management of the recruitment inbox, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Support the HR team with administrative tasks, such as preparing offer letters and contracts.
Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure timely feedback and updates on recruitment progress.

**Requirements**:
Previous experience in recruitment administration or HR support roles is preferred.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records and documentation.
Proficient computer skills, including MS Office and experience with applicant tracking systems.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
