An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Recruitment Co-ordinator & PA to the Director of Enterprises to join the Millfield Enterprise team, the commercial arm of Millfield School.

As Recruitment Co-ordinator & PA to the Director of Enterprises you will co-ordinate recruitment for all Enterprises courses and events staff, including the industry renowned Millfield English Language Holiday Course (MELHC). With the position processing recruitment for up to 300 temporary positions per year a solid knowledge of recruitment law would be preferable, but this could be an ideal first role for an individual wanting to develop further in this sector as full training will be provided.

You will also provide administrative support to the Director of Enterprises as their personal assistant (PA). You will work closely with the Director, usually on a one-to-one basis to help ensure they make the best use of their time by dealing with secretarial and administrative tasks. You will need to acquire extensive knowledge of the organisation in order to know who key personnel are, both external and internal, and understand the organisation's aims and objectives.

This is a full-time, 52-week role, working 35 hours per week (5 over 7 predominantly working Monday to Friday). Hours are worked on a rota - 10am to 5.30pm or 8.30am to 4.00pm but may differ during holidays to include some evenings and weekends.

In return, you will receive a salary of £29,000 per annum, generous holiday entitlement, freshly prepared lunches for just £10 per month, access to the school facilities, and discounts/cashback on high street shops and restaurants through the school’s Employee Assistance Programme.
