- Professional with proven administrative experience, preferably within a recruitment/HR or retail environment.
- Highly organised, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- A proactive team member who can support a dynamic team and contribute to a high-energy work environment.
- Adaptable and eager to learn, with a willingness to embrace new challenges and support various aspects of the recruitment process.
- Capable of handling confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Enthusiastic and committed, with a desire to facilitate the smooth operation of recruitment activities.
- Effective communication skills, written, in person and over the phone.
- Bring energy and a "can-do" attitude, with boundless enthusiasm and massive dedication.

**Role Outline**
- Administrative Mastery: Deliver comprehensive administrative support to the recruitment team, underpinning the smooth operation of all processes. Take full ownership of the core recruitment and administration process across all Retail locations.
- Document Organisation: Handle recruitment documents with precision, from job descriptions to contracts.
- Process Optimisation: Aid in refining recruitment procedures, ensuring best practices in all administrative tasks.
- Client Interface: Act as a professional first point of contact for stakeholder/client inquiries and correspondence.
- Collaborative Support: Be a cornerstone of the team, ready to assist with various projects and contribute to our collective goals.

**About the Role**

As a Recruitment Administrator at Smiggle, you'll play a crucial role in shaping individuals' careers and lives, introducing them to opportunities that transform their professional journey. Reporting directly to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you'll gain invaluable experience and insight into the recruitment world, setting the foundation for a successful career. Your role requires an in-office presence of 5 days per week, fostering a collaborative and dynamic environment.
