We have ambitious plans to expand our business. At present we have 4 offices - the largest being in Oxford, with others in Farnham, London and Basingstoke. To support the organisation’s growth, we have created a new opportunity for a Recruitment Administrator to join our Oxford HR team. This is a permanent full time role with hybrid working and flexible working options (flexing your hours on different days to suit your lifestyle).

Reporting to the Recruitment Lead, your role will be to provide a proactive, efficient and high quality admin Recruitment service. From an HR career development perspective, this is fantastic role to start or continue your career in HR.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide Recruitment admin support across the whole recruitment process e.g. booking interviews, creating interview packs, post job adverts
- Manage a central Recruitment inbox responding promptly to queries and escalating to the Recruitment lead for assistance
- Identify potential talent and arrange interviews for hiring partners/managers
- General administration to support Recruitment lead
- Ensure the relevant Recruitment systems and files are up to date, accurate and compliant
- Become an expert in our Recruitment software system

**What we are looking for**
- Someone who is seeking an entry level role in Recruitment or a new Recruitment admin opportunity. You might also be someone with an admin background keen to make the move into Recruitment.
- Super organised, able to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Able to prioritise workload effectively and work in a flexible manner
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication skills both written a verbal
- Enjoys a fast paced work environment
- A self-starter with a with a high level of resilience
- Demonstrates a strong team spirit but also very effective working independently
- A can do attitude, positive and with a strong desire to learn and develop
- Strong aptitude for IT - able to pick up new tech quickly
- Educated to A Level (or equivalent) or higher e.g. degree
- Confidentiality is paramount in Recruitment you will need to be tactful and have a discreet manner
- Previous Recruitment/HR Admin experience would be great but not required
