Overview of the role
We now have an exciting opportunity for an experienced senior leader to join the LTE group as Head of Recruitment and HR Transformation. Reporting to the Group HR Director, the role will be responsible for Recruitment, Payroll, HR Systems, Service transformation, and the provision of quality management which includes MI and dashboards. As a senior leader within the HR team, you will play a pivotal role in the development and implementation of our HR strategy, leading on cutting edge HR innovation and promoting a culture of operational excellent and continuous improvement. You will have 3 direct reports and a team of 15 to support. This role will require you to have excellent stakeholder management skills, be a natural influencer, and the ability to spearhead cultural change across 6 business areas. As the Head of Recruitment & HR Transformation for the LTE Group, you will be responsibilities for the following:
Service Standards Delivery and Transformation ·
Take a lead role in providing specialist advice and guidance across the full HR team in terms of process and systems improvement.
Setting standards for service delivery and building capability within the HR team.
Providing a set of realistic SLA's in consultation with a cross section of the key personnel within the all Business Units.
Act as a catalyst for change; guiding and influencing development and change management solutions and playing a pivotal role in influencing the future path of our service.
Scoping, designing and where applicable, delivering HR transformation projects.Operational Excellence: Systems, Dashboards & MI
Streamlining HR processes and systems for efficiency and effectiveness.
Utilising data and analytics to drive HR decisions and demonstrate the impact of HR initiatives.
Continuously improve HR policies and procedures to align with best practice.
Lead the review, improvement and change of HR Management Systems, including new HR system implementation and to ensure robust controls for all employee data held within HR.
Ensure that we optimise usage of technology to continue to provide an excellent service.
Leading on the development of an integrated suite of MI reports.
Acting as the lead on behalf of HR for associated data quality, compliance, and data management legislation.Service Standards Delivery and Transformation
Taking the lead role in providing specialist advice and guidance across the full HR team in terms of process and systems improvement and utilising technology.
Setting standards for service delivery and building capability within HR across the areas of recruitment, operations, and provision of management information.
Providing a set of realistic SLAs in consultation with a cross section of colleagues from all business units to set out our HR service provision and to agree expectations from the client side to ensure operational excellence.
Act as a catalyst for change; guiding and influencing development and change management.
Delivery and embedding of HR transformation projects.Recruitment
A review and improvement of the end-to-end recruitment process.
Review of the Talent Acquisition (TA) strategy and approach.
Creation and articulation of our employer brand that enables the attraction and recruitment of future colleagues.
Working with senior leaders to ensure we have a robust talent pipeline.
To ensure the use of innovate technologies and approaches in our recruitment processes to help our managers make excellent hiring decisions.
Leading the to team to facilitate and streamline the on boarding of new employees.Payroll
Overseeing the payroll, pensions and administration departments.
Supporting managers to ensure that all end-to-end processes are efficient and fit for purpose.
Leading an efficient cost-effective payroll service delivering all aspects of payroll and pensions administration activity.
Ensuring all necessary compliance routines (e.g. HMRC) are completed correctly and submitted on-time.To be successful in your application we are looking for the following qualifications & experience:
Leadership of a HR team across a complex group wide structure
Demonstratable experience of Implementing a range of change initiatives with proven business benefit.
Experience in culture and behavioural change.
Experience with HR Technology and systems to enhance operational efficiency.
Capability to plan and manage projects on a cost efficient and time bound manner.
Strong commercial awareness.
Working strategically with Boards members, Executive Teams, and Senior Management.
MCIPD qualified (or equivalent expertise through study and experience)
Evidence of continuing professional development and genuine interest in continuous learningThe successful candidate will receive the following renumeration package.
A salary of between £85,000 to £90,000 depending on your level of experience
35 days Holidays, plus bank holidays
37hr working week.
