**The role**:
- Responsible for the full employee onboarding experience processing starters, leavers and changes.
- Sending out and chasing for References and Exit Interviews.
- Producing HR-related documentation, such as contract amendments, employment references, and long service letters, salary increase and promotion letters.
- Ensure accurate Right to Work evidence has been received and filed accurately and audited for compliance.
- Respond to all first response HR queries.
- Ensuring accurate data and record-keeping on the HR and Payroll system.
- Audit all employee documents to ensure it is completed and in date and following regulations including, Risk Assessments, Health checklists and DPS.
- All vacancies advertised in line with brand guidelines.
- Ensure all issues are reported to the HR Officer and our employment law service and their guidance is followed.
