**The Role**

You will act as first point of contact within the HR team, carrying out HR administration tasks in accordance with internal HR process. This is a transactional role that requires lots of data entry, updating of personnel records and the preparation of necessary HR reports to support the business.

**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for all departmental reporting:

- Recruitment
- Payroll (provide a monthly report)
- Turnover, headcount, and average salary data for the Finance department
- Provide a dashboard for all employee related data.
- Issue standard month-end reports
- Sickness report (showing sickness in month and YTD)
- New starter report (new starters for month ahead)
- Leaver report (leavers for month ahead)
- Holiday remaining report
- Diversity
- The “go to” expert for our HR Systems
- You Manage
- audit regularly, improve, update. Resolve issues quickly and efficiently and check that all information is entered correctly.
- Update with all employee changes
- Continually look for improvements
- Astute e-learning platform
- MiFreedom - employee reward and recognition platform
- Make relevant changes and updates.
- Liaise with Reward Gateway account manager to provide feedback and resolve issues.
- Starters and Leavers
- Onboard all new starters
- Scheduling inductions
- Prepare the first week’s schedule with the Line Manager
- Enter all details to our HR systems (You Manage, Astute and MiFreedom)
- Follow the leaver process.
- Remove leavers from all systems, sending notifications.
- Manage DBS expiries and issue new requests accordingly.
- Update and maintain organisational charts.
- Create and maintain the HR page on Our Freedom, working closely with the IT department to create new and improve existing forms and systems.
- Maintain the online training register and upload training documents to You Manage
- Take an active part in supporting the delivery of HR projects.
- Manage all employee benefits, working closely with benefit providers:

- Reward Gateway, BUPA PMI & Cash plan, cycle to work, Electric Vehicles, from start to finish.
- Help implement any new benefits and maintain and improve current ones.
- Manage the HR document directory.
- Manage budget spreadsheets and work with Finance to keep them updated.
- General HR administration responsibilities

**Reporting To**:HR Advisor

**Experience & Skills**
- Must have performed a similar administrative role.
- HR experience desirable but not essential
- Excellent Excel knowledge essential
- Foundation CIPD level desirable but not essential
