At dnata Catering UK, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Shared Service Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our HR Shared Services team, you will provide administrative support and services to our employees and managers across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, correspondence, and documentation.
- Act as the first point of contact for employees and managers, providing guidance and advice on HR processes and policies.
- Work closely with the HR Shared Services Manager and the Head of Shared Services to deliver an efficient HR administration service.
- Support with HR-related projects and initiatives as required.
Requirements:
- Previous administration experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office packages, including Excel.
- High levels of attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
