Centrepoint is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR and Payroll Administrator to join our team.
Location: Manchester
Job Type: Full-Time (37.5 Hours per week, 12 Month FTC)
Salary: £25,000 to £27,257 per year

Job Summary:
We are looking for an HR and Payroll Administrator to provide administrative support to our HR team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing payroll, processing employee data, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process payroll changes, including new starters, changes, leavers, family leave, and sick pay.
- Liaise with the internal finance team and external payroll provider to address queries.
- Act as the first point of contact for payroll-related queries.
- Provide support to the wider HR team on an ad-hoc basis.
- Manage and develop payroll-associated communication for the organization.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a HR Administrator or HR Assistant.
- Proficient in managing data with an emphasis on attention to detail.
- Experience working with a HR System (we currently use Cascade).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Formal HR Qualification and payroll knowledge is desirable.
