Key Responsibilities- Onboarding and Offboarding: Coordinate the onboarding process for new starters, including booking travel and hotels, and holding HR induction sessions. Complete the leavers process for exiting employees, including updating the HR system and issuing letters.
- Sickness Absence: Administer the sickness absence procedure in line with company policy.
- HR Administration: Support all administration duties within the HR team, including change of job role and promotion letters.
- HR System Maintenance: Ensure the HR system is kept up to date and maintained on a daily basis.
- HR Inbox Management: Keep on top of incoming queries into the HR inbox.
- Annual Tasks: Support the HR team with administration for annual tasks, such as performance reviews and holiday processes.
- Employee Folders: Work with the HR Manager to maintain employee folders in line with GDPR.
- Regulatory Compliance: Support the business in achieving its regulatory requirements, including consumer duty.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and Word Skills: Possess advanced competence level with Microsoft Excel and Word.
- CIPD Membership: Associate/Graduate Member of CIPD.
- Employment Law Awareness: Have an awareness of current employment law and ACAS Codes of Practice.
- Strong Academic Background: Have a strong academic background.
- Passion for HR: Be able to demonstrate a passion for HR.
- Effective Communication Skills: Possess effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Planning and Organisation Skills: Possess effective planning, organisation and time management skills.
