Business Development Manager
Birmingham
£35,000 per annum + uncapped commission, realistic OTE £2-4k per month
We are recruiting for a Business Development Manager to join a fast-growing fintech business. You'll be responsible for the growth and development of the Birmingham territory, focusing on SMEs businesses who are looking to grow.

The responsibilities of a Business Development Manager -
Manage and develop your own territory
Networking and prospecting through various sources including Linkedin, data sources and door to door
Attending meetings with potential clients weekly
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth
Working with clients throughout the sales process and onboarding to ensure an excellent level of service
Experience needed for this Business Development Manager role -
Previous experience within business development and sales
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Target driven individual
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Computer literate with using internal CRM systems
