London, United Kingdom Fuel Ventures 🚀 Full time
Cult Mia is the online fashion marketplace building the leading platform to discover sustainable and conscious independent designers from around the world. In our four years, we have rapidly onboarded the international fashion community - more than 1,500 brands vetted, from 42+ different countries, spanning 14 product categories.
Our mission is to give access to limited edition, unique, global fashion, safe in the knowledge that all products and brands align with the values you care about. We connect independent designers to a global and engaged audience seeking exactly what the brands offer from a values perspective, as much as the product they sell. Our approach to sustainability, developed alongside Positive Luxury, is tied to curating and only supports the brands that align with at least one of the four key values.
Our aim is to accelerate the growth of Cult Mia platform following a successful and expansive seed investment round closed in 2023. We are now looking to build out support for the partnerships team, in order to grow our brand roster through an experienced fashion lens.
About The Role
Reporting to Cult Mia's Brand Partnerships Manager, the Partnerships Coordinator will help with the onboarding process of new brands to the platform and support in other administrative tasks with existing brand partners' relationships. Key areas include, but are not limited to:
  • Keep smooth communication with prospecting and existing brand partners during the onboarding and upload process of new products
  • Building and formatting line sheets: ensuring all provided information matches requirements, and populating pricing line sheets with accurate information.
  • Reviewing and organising imagery for new products in line with requirements for upload.
  • Reviewing brand partner onboarding information and liaising with the e-commerce team to ensure information is complete and correct for upload (e.g. company information, brand bios, accounting details, size guides etc).
  • Maintaining organisation of brand partners' folders: ensuring that all brand partners have relevant and updated documentation in their folders.
  • Updating brand partners' databases where needed (agreements, documents signed etc.)
  • Support in additional administrative tasks in the Partnerships area when needed.

Requirements
  • Is passionate and interested to learn fashion e-commerce;
  • Wants to work in a high-paced environment;
  • Is organised, detailed by nature, and can multi-task across several responsibilities;
  • Is an excellent verbal and written communicator;
  • Is confident in utilising and identifying different sources of information;
  • Is a team player, flexible and used to managing your schedule.

Benefits
  • Full-time, hybrid
  • London office: welcome to join the team in person twice a week.
