About the Role
The Global Partnerships Administrator will provide key administrative support to the Global Partnerships team to ensure the smooth running of the team's operations. The role will act as a first point of contact for the team both internally and externally, and will be responsible for coordinating international delegation visits, handling queries and correspondence, arranging travel, managing the Global Partnerships inbox and completing other administrative tasks as required to support the team.
About the Department
The Global Partnerships team is a small team, based in the Vice-Chancellor's office. It supports the implementation of SOAS' global partnerships strategy, particularly in regards to the development of a new equitable partnership model with institutions in the Global South.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Global Partnerships team
- Coordinate international delegation visits
- Handle queries and correspondence
- Arrange travel
- Manage the Global Partnerships inbox
- Complete other administrative tasks as required
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in international higher education and strong communication skills. They will be able to work with colleagues across different cultural contexts and have a strong understanding of the importance of building and maintaining international partnerships.
