About the Role

The Global Partnerships Administrator will provide key administrative support to the Global Partnerships team, ensuring the smooth running of the team's operations. This includes coordinating international delegation visits, handling queries and correspondence, arranging travel, managing the Global Partnerships inbox, and completing other administrative tasks as required.

About the Department

The Global Partnerships team is a small team based in the Vice-Chancellor's office, supporting the implementation of SOAS' global partnerships strategy. The team is responsible for developing a new equitable partnership model with institutions in the Global South.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Global Partnerships team
  • Coordinate international delegation visits and arrange travel
  • Handle queries and correspondence
  • Manage the Global Partnerships inbox
  • Complete other administrative tasks as required

Requirements

The successful candidate will have a keen interest in international higher education and strong communication skills. They will be able to work with colleagues across different cultural contexts and have a strong understanding of the importance of building and maintaining international partnerships.
