About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Global Partnerships Administrator to join our small team in the Vice-Chancellor's office. The successful candidate will provide key administrative support to the Global Partnerships team, ensuring the smooth running of the team's operations.

As a first point of contact for the team, you will be responsible for coordinating international delegation visits, handling queries and correspondence, arranging travel, managing the Global Partnerships inbox, and completing other administrative tasks as required.

We are looking for a candidate with a keen interest in international higher education and strong communication skills who can work with colleagues across different cultural contexts.

About the Department

The Global Partnerships team supports the implementation of SOAS' global partnerships strategy, particularly in regards to the development of a new equitable partnership model with institutions in the Global South.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Global Partnerships team
  • Coordinate international delegation visits and events
  • Handle queries and correspondence
  • Arrange travel and accommodation
  • Manage the Global Partnerships inbox
  • Complete other administrative tasks as required

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with a keen interest in international higher education and strong communication skills. You should be able to work with colleagues across different cultural contexts and have a high level of organizational and time management skills.
