**Where you come in**

We are a community-first DJ, producer and music organization with almost 20 years of serving our legendary audience. We are now seeking a skilled and experienced Community and Partnerships Coordinator based in the UK to join our team, in the new London office working hybrid, ideally 3 days per week in Farringdon and 2 days remotely.

**Job Summary**

The Community and Partnerships Coordinator, manages and develops relationships with community members, organizations, and strategic partners. Your primary objective is to foster strong connections, drive collaboration, and create mutually beneficial partnerships to support the organization's goals and DEI mission. As the assistant to the Chief Community Officer, you will play a vital role in supporting their work and responsibilities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Cultivate and maintain relationships with community members and strategic partners including local media.
- Identifying opportunities for collaboration and partnership within the community.
- Initiating discussions, and fostering synergies for shared goals and initiatives.
- Assess the effectiveness of community and partnership initiatives, tracking progress, collecting feedback, and measuring outcomes to inform decision-making and improve strategies.
- Building and nurturing relationships with community members.
- Keeping records of interactions, monitoring the progress of community relationships, and evaluating the effectiveness and impact of community engagement efforts.
- Providing guidance, resources, and assistance to community members as needed.
- Actively participating in community events, meetings, and initiatives, fostering connections, and actively listening to community feedback and suggestions.
- Assisting in the management of brand ambassador/community program
- Serving as the primary contact person for community members, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and needs promptly and effectively.
- Supporting communications around conflicts or disagreements that may arise within the community, facilitating constructive dialogue and working towards mutually agreeable solutions.
- Managing correspondence, organizing meetings and events, coordinating schedules.
- Preparing reports and documents.
- Assisting with general administrative tasks as needed.

**As Community and Partnerships Coordinator you will require**:

- 2+ years of experience in community development, community relations, partnerships, corporate social responsibility (CSR), or similar roles.
- Experience in coordinating community engagement initiatives / events, building partnerships, and fostering collaboration.
- Experience or a genuine passion for promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within community engagement and partnership initiatives.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to build rapport and maintain relationships.
- Strong networking capabilities and the ability to navigate partnerships effectively.
- Ability to effectively advocate for the organization's mission and values.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

**It would be a bonus if you have**:

- An understanding of community development principles and best practices.
- Experience in public speaking, presenting, and acting as an active advocate for your organization.
- Experience in coordinating staff or volunteers at events.
