**In this role, you will**:
This newly crafted position is responsible for bringing to life some of the most exciting brand partnerships and advertising placements in the global restaurant industry. As a Sales Partnership Coordinator, you will become the face of OpenTable with our advertisers and brand partners, delivering outstanding results to them and working across all departments within OpenTable to ensure every project is a success. You will report directly to the VP of Global Sales Partnerships as part of one of our fastest growing businesses.

You will be joining a small team solely passionate about identifying and closing new partnerships across the world, working with both brand and restaurant partners. As the Partnership Coordinator, you understand and anticipate how decisions are made, and are comfortable working autonomously in a high trust, high ownership environment. You will be highly organised yet comfortable owning execution of highly visible projects, run meetings with senior executives, and handling a range of stakeholders inside and outside the business. Efficient multitasking should be one of your skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Day to day management of partnership activity
- Delivery of reporting and analysis of partnership activity
- Supervise a wide range of results across multiple projects and stakeholders
- Competitive, tenacious and results driven. Self-motivated and able to perform well under pressure and against ambitious goals and deadlines
- Highly organised and thrives in a multitasking environment
- Curios with engineers mindset - love to problem solve
- Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
- Curiosity about the restaurant industry and love working with technology
- University graduate with some corporate work experience
- Proficient in Google Docs, Sheets and Slides
