HR Systems Support and Administrator - 1-year contract, full-time - Central London - £28k + excellent benefits
A charity in central SW London is looking for a HR Systems Support & Administrator is required to join a professional and friendly team. This charity is a heritage site that has beautiful grounds and historic listed buildings, as well as elderly residents living within its grounds. Joining this supportive team, you will provide specific HR systems, pensions and general administration support within the HR Department.
SALARY ETC:
* Full time working 41 hours (including paid for breaks)
* Monday - Friday office based hours.
* One year fixed term contract.
* Central SW London
REQUIREMENTS:
* Experience of dealing with HR systems
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Personal and time management skills
* Good organisational and problem-solving skills with sound multi-tasking abilities
* Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
* Proficient working with spreadsheets
* Good skills in note-taking
* Previous experience of working with systems in an administrative environment, dealing effectively with confidential and sensitive information.
* Experience and knowledge of GDPR compliance
DUTIES TO INCLUDE:
* Provide specific support to all staff on all HR systems, dealing with queries and issues, and liaising with system providers to efficiently solve any technical problems.
* Setting up and delivering HR system training sessions for staff as and when required.
* To assist in the administration of the Pension schemes.
* Assist with the administration process regarding the completion of OH reviews and the timeline for completion.
* Maintain and update all training records and send out timely reminders to Managers of any training due and flagging any training overdue.
* Administration support scheduling the annual mandatory training sessions for staff as required throughout the year.
* Assist the Employee Relations Advisor in investigations relating to disciplinary/grievance matters including note taking when required.
* Support with archiving, general record keeping and department filing, ensuring all information is maintained in accordance with Data Protection regulations.
* Being the central point of contact for the HR team, answering human resource emails and forwarding on to relevant members of the team.
* Accident Reports - Archiving, filing and follow up on recommendations raised within the reports
