The service you will work in….

The HR Data & Systems team is a critical component of Hestia's HR Operations, focusing on the effective management and utilization of HR data primarily through the HRIS. We work closely with the HR Director and managers across the wider organisation by providing valuable data, reports and insights to promote data driven decision making.

A day in this role looks like….

As a HR Data & Systems Administrator at Hestia, you will play a crucial role in our Human Resources Department. Your contributions will directly influence the lives of our service users, guiding them towards a path of empowerment and independence.

A day will never look the same and some of the things you can expect to do/be responsible for are:

  • Updating the organisation's hierarchy by creating Jobs, Posts and reporting lines within Resource Link and any manual spreadsheets/database.
  • Maintain the paygrade documents.
  • Working with the HR team and HRBP's when there is business change
  • Supporting with auditing data quality and initiating activities to improve data entry.
  • Supporting creating basic HRIS / Data Reports, as requested.
  • Supporting with implementing HR Admin process efficiencies and best practices through the use of workflows and automation.
  • To administer/support the implementation and operational training on Resource Link.
  • Prepare and provide data from the HRIS system for the HR Data Manager and HR Director on a monthly an ad hoc basis.
  • Working closely with the HRBP's to provide them with organisation/service/team structures in their relevant patches.
  • Performing ad hoc duties as and when required by the HR Manager/ Data Manager.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and privacy policies in managing HR data.
  • Compiling and presenting people data to the HR Data Manager
