The HR Advisor will be responsible for providing HR support to the teams This is a hands-on role where you'll be involved in everything from recruitment, engagement, L&D, wellbeing and HR Ops - a true generalist. You’ll serve as the go-to person for HR-related queries and play a crucial role in driving projects.


You will be involved in:


Recruitment & Onboarding - Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of new hires. Ensure a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and new employees.

Performance Management - Support managers in implementing performance management processes, including setting goals, conducting appraisals, and addressing performance issues.

Learning & Development - Work closely with managers to identify training and development needs. Coordinate learning opportunities that enhance employee skills and career growth.

Employee Engagement & Well-being - Drive initiatives that foster a positive and inclusive culture. Wellness days, company all-hands

DE&I – Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives across the companies, using data and analytics to make change and embed new ways of working

HR Administration-Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including contracts, benefits, and payroll information.

Projects: Implementing new HRIS, benefits platform,


The role will have a huge amount of autonomy and you will be have an opportunity to execute initiatives and really make a difference. This is a top down, bottom up role in which you will manage the HR operations as well as delivering advisory support to the teams. We are looking for someone hands-on, creative and able to handle high volume work.
