The successful candidate will work as part of a close-knit HR team in a truly generalist advisory role.


Day to Day Responsibilities:

  • Work with one of the HR Business Partners to support the business services functions in the UK and internationally
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle from new joiners onboarding to leavers
  • Build relationships with people managers and other key stakeholders
  • Manage noncomplex employee relations cases
  • Support on secondments and global mobility
  • Work closely with the HR Business Partner on small scale restructures
  • Support on wider HR Projects
  • Work with the HR Business Partner on performance and salary review processes


Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Experience working in a generalist HR role
  • Experience working in a law firm is highly advantageous
  • Experience working in a partnership organisation
  • Strong working knowledge of UK employment law
  • Experience managing low level ER cases
  • Strong stakeholder management
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal with high attention to detail


This role will suit someone already in an Advisor role or an experienced coordinator who's looking ready to step up.

This is a full time, permanent role based in London. This firm have a hybrid working policy of 60% in office working.
