The Athlete Career Transition Programme that we run in partnership with one of our key clients, helps athletes transition into the business world and gives them all the tools to succeed on a new career path, in a company whose culture in driven by an 'athletic' mindset.


Our client is an industry leading data consultancy firm, providing innovative data solutions to a wide range of clients. We are looking for a current or former athlete who is looking to transition in to a HR career to join and support their growing organisation.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment: Assist in job postings, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
  • Employee Relations: Support employee engagement activities and handle HR inquiries.
  • HR Administration: Maintain employee records, assist with payroll, and manage HR documentation.
  • Training: Help organize training sessions and track employee development.
  • Compliance: Ensure HR policies comply with labor laws and support HR audits.
  • General Support: Provide administrative support and participate in HR projects.


Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field; CIPD qualification (or working towards) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with HR software is advantageous.
  • Strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
