About the role:
We are seeking a HR Systems Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our HR systems, ensuring data accuracy, and providing technical support to stakeholders across the globe.
The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in HR systems and data, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service. They should possess a technical mindset, excel at problem-solving, and take ownership of their work.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the various HR Systems.
- Manage queries coming through to the HR Systems inbox and provide a customer centric and professional service.
- Escalate system issues via the appropriate route and raise support cases where needed.
- Perform testing on new functionality and aid in the release management of upgrades and changes.
- Provide system training to new starters and ensure training materials and documents are maintained and updated.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of People Data within all HR systems
- Maintain compliance with data protection regulations (i.e., GDPR)
- Support the HR Business Partners in the development of reporting dashboards.
- Document HR system processes and maintain a knowledge base of information
- Map HR System processes and procedures in internal process mapping tools
Key Requirements
- Familiar with a range of systems and technologies, ideally within a HR setting.
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office, with an intermediate level of Excel.
- An interest in working with systems, maintaining databases, and keeping up to date with latest trends and developments.
- Solution orientated, looking to deliver a customer-centric service that takes ownership of queries and looks to resolve them as a first point of contact.
