Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled HR Systems Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our HR systems, ensuring data accuracy, and providing technical support to stakeholders across the globe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to our HR systems, ensuring seamless functionality and data integrity.
- Manage queries from stakeholders, providing a customer-centric and professional service.
- Escalate system issues via the appropriate route and raise support cases as needed.
- Perform testing on new functionality and aid in the release management of upgrades and changes.
- Provide system training to new starters and ensure training materials and documents are maintained and updated.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of employee data within all HR systems.
- Maintain compliance with data protection regulations, such as GDPR.
- Support the HR Business Partners in the development of reporting dashboards.
- Document HR system processes and maintain a knowledge base of information.
- Map HR System processes and procedures in internal process mapping tools.
Requirements:
- Familiarity with a range of systems and technologies, ideally within a HR setting.
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office, with an intermediate level of Excel.
- An interest in working with systems, maintaining databases, and keeping up-to-date with latest trends and developments.
- Solution-oriented, looking to deliver a customer-centric service that takes ownership of queries and looks to resolve them as a first point of contact.
