Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled HR Systems Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our HR systems, ensuring data accuracy, and providing technical support to stakeholders across the globe.
Key Responsibilities- HR Systems Management: Maintain and optimize our HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Technical Support: Provide technical support to stakeholders across the globe, ensuring seamless HR system functionality.
- System Training: Provide system training to new starters, ensuring they are equipped to use our HR systems effectively.
- Data Management: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of people data within all HR systems, maintaining compliance with data protection regulations.
- Process Documentation: Document HR system processes and maintain a knowledge base of information, ensuring easy access to HR system procedures.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with a range of systems and technologies, ideally within a HR setting, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, with an intermediate level of Excel.
- Soft Skills: An interest in working with systems, maintaining databases, and keeping up to date with latest trends and developments, with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
