Role Overview:

What to work with a well known and established brand within the Beauty industry? My client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven National Account Manager to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing key national accounts, driving sales growth, and building strong relationships with our clients. Your strategic insights and dedication will help them to continue to deliver exceptional products and services to their valued customers.nThis role requires personal drive, resilience and a positive attitude to make things happen. A love for beauty and the fast paced UK retail environment is welcomed.

Key Responsibilities:

Build strong relationships

with existing retailers through regular communication and meetings delivering compelling rationale supporting proposals.nActively communicate

with all retailers, developing strategies and communication plans.nProactively initiate

and develop effective working relationships with key decision makers in retail and distribution partners across all commercial areas including Buying, Supply, and Marketing.nLead account planning

to optimise product assortments, in store exposure and trade marketing support delivering against annual sales and investment targets.nOversee the creation

of engaging, insightful retailer presentations to maximise sales opportunities and develop long-term relationships.nWork with internal brand and marketing teams

to deliver marketing and NPD programmes in line with achieving growth targets, measuring effectiveness of each campaign.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a National Account Manager or in a similar sales role within the beauty and personal care industry.nStrong understanding of the market, industry trends, and competitive landscape.nExcellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.nStrategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.nAbility to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.nProficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.nWhat We Offer:
