As they continue to expand their presence in the market, they're seeking a driven and experienced National Account Manager to be a part of their grocery division.


As a National Account Manager for their grocery division, you'll play a pivotal role in driving growth and establishing the brand as a prominent player in the industry.

You'll be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key national accounts, driving sales, and executing strategic initiatives to achieve revenue targets.

You will be responsible for driving sales within convenience and high street channels.

Key Responsibilities:

nDeliver growth within the existing customer base by building strong relationships with customers to unlock opportunities.nOwnership of the volume and revenue forecast for your accounts.nWork closely with the Founders on the UK sales strategy, enabling the brand to grow to their full potential.nAccount Management of the allocated customers within grocery, convenience and high street channels.nManage promotional strategy, in-store implementation, and NPD launchesnSupport the wider team on trade shows and key marketing activitiesnEnsure brand consistency in store and online activity with customersnCollect and analyse sales data and trends and present insights internally and externally as relevantnMaintain high customer satisfaction ratings with current and future customersnQualifications:nProven track record of success within the FMCGindustry, with a focus on challenger brands.nStrong understanding of foodservice channels, including experience working with national accounts, distributors, and operators.nExceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.nAnalytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and market research.nAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and adapt to evolving business needs.nResults-oriented mindset with a passion for driving growth and exceeding targets.
