National Account Manager - Top Grocery AccountsnLocation: London Bridge Area / Hybrid (4 days in/1 WFH)nCompetitive salary (depending on experience) plus benefits


We are on the look-out for an exceptional individual with a natural acumen to join our Sales Team in our office in the London Bridge area as a National Account Manager.

Our chosen new team member with a real get-stuff-done style, who can interact easily within our customers in a fast-moving nimble SME environment.

More about the rolenYou will be responsible for developing new and building on existing relationships with customers creating bold and exciting growth plans.

You will be a core part of the sales team, managing a portfolio of mainly Grocery accounts with some non-Grocery to deliver measurable results.


Your main responsibilities:

nLeading strong sustainable customer relationships with our grocery buyers and their surrounding team.nProactive management of sales into accounts, whilst ensuring budgets and targets are achievednOwnership of the P&L and commercial negotiationsnDevelop the customer strategic business plan including an aligned promo, activation plan, & investment plan.nS&OP Forecasting — provide clear up to date inputs into the weekly and monthly process.


You will have:

n+ 2 years sales experience within FMCG Food & Drink managing non-Grocery and Grocery accounts.nStrong selling ability & experience selling into and managing Grocery accountsnAbility and experience using MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.nGood negotiating skills.nA "get-things-done" attitude and ability to work to deadlines.nEntrepreneurial spirit and proactivity to seek new opportunities.nGreat multitasking and organisational ability.
