National Account Manager
to work across their "Out of Home" channel. The aim of this role is grow distribution by winning new business, spotting opportunities and also nurturing existing relationships too.
This is a hybrid role, working from Head Office in London 2 or 3 days a week as a minimum.nThere is a bonus scheme that comes with this role too, based on your personal performance against agreed KPI's
The role:n• Winning new business, working to agreed targets and KPI's to ensure successn• Working closely with trade marketing to drive trial and awareness of the brand and range of productsn• Work with wholesalers, buying groups and industry experts to always have a full pipeline of opportunitiesn• Create and maintain exceptional relationships with customers and internal functionsn• Manage and grow our key existing icon accounts and wholesalersn• Attend key industry events to grow awareness of the brand and help win more businessn• Ownership and accountability of your targets and customer P&Ls
Skills & Experience Required:n• Ideal applicants will have around
2 years FMCG experience as a National Account Manager , with a proven track record of winning new businessn• Excited about the opportunity to win new business, develop and own the growth of this channeln• You'll need to be curious, a brilliant listener, who seeks to understand more about our retailers and how we can help them winn• You never give in, you find a way to win in the right way and don’t stop at the first non• Accountability: You are empowered to lead your channel and don’t wait to be askedn• You'll be great at problem solving and will have experience of using creative ways to engage with buyers and then turn that engagement into a listingn• You must have a brilliant commercial understanding of the P&L, and know how to sell and negotiate effectivelyn• You can simplify complex messages into a clear, concise, exciting storyn• You will need to be able to build excellent rapport with customers and colleagues to help build trust and achieve outstanding results
