We are recruiting for a Customer Success Executive with previous client-facing/customer service focused experience.
The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, a confident and articulate manner, able to build great relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities for the Customer Success Executive:
* Support with on-boarding new clients
* Build a strong relationship with the key contacts, and act as the primary contact in relation to the account
* Lead clients through the customer journey and provide ongoing account support; from onboarding through to renewal/ end of contract
* Project management of client surveys and projects
* Internal management and development of client resources
* Maintain up-to-date client information in the CRM system
* Keep clients up to date with new platform features and ensure they are getting the most from the platform
For this Customer Success Executive role the employer is looking for:
* At least 1-2 years’ experience working in a client-facing role, either supporting Account Managers or managing customer relationships
* Confident and articulate manner, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Natural relationship builder, able to develop relationships at all levels in a business environment
* Proactive, with desire to get things done and go beyond the immediate task
* Willing to challenge colleagues and clients in a constructive manner to help clients make the most of the software
